Are you a breakfast, lunch or dinner person? Now that the first-ever Applebee’s & IHOP restaurant is open, you won’t have to choose! We’re eatin’ good in the neighborhood.
First-Ever Applebee’s & IHOP Combo
Both restaurants, located in the Millender Center, are now open for hungry guests. The 11,939 square foot space can serve up to 300 patrons at one time.
IHOP opens at 6:30 a.m. and pancake lovers can get their fill throughout the day, because the IHOP never closes. The Applebee’s menu is available at 11 a.m. and will serve burgers, wings and delicious drinks until closing time at midnight.
The multifunctional space is designed to host community events, serve hotel patrons, the morning business community, lunch and after work crowds, group outings and families.
This Applebee’s & IHOP combo is different for a variety of reasons, but their to-go offers make the restaurant extra special.
IHOP hosts an IHOP Express, a luxury coffee bar that can whip up any kind of specialty coffee drink in a matter of minutes. The IHOP Express also features sandwiches and various bottled drink options. Guests, whether staying at the hotel or not, can also pick up “Roomside To Go” at the IHOP Express location, where they can order full meals and menu items from the Applebee’s or IHOP menu for pick up.
Another unique feature are Applebee’s & IHOP togo boxes – the Breakfast Box and the Fast Lane Lunch. Guests will receive a to-go box and then be allowed to go through the buffet line and fill their to-go box for a fixed price. IHOP’s breakfast buffet is open between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. and will transition to the Applebee’s lunch menu between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Private Meeting and Dining Space
The Applebee’s & IHOP floorplan lends itself to several private meeting and dining spaces. If interested, guests can reserve lounge style spaces meant for mixers or networking events, or a boardroom complete with AV equipment and whiteboard walls.
Applebee’s & IHOP have gone out of their way to make this restaurant Detroit-themed…including their drinks! The bar will serve drinks exclusively by Valentine Distilling Co., based locally out of Ferndale. Applebee’s is even developing drinks like the Motown Mule and Renaissance Revivor.
Even better, guests can take their drink into the Courtyard Marriott lobby or back to their Courtyard Marriott hotel room with no problem.
