Tenant Spotlight: RE/MAX Reserve

Homes are their business and they just found a new one at the GMRENCEN. Welcome our newest tenant to the building, RE/MAX Reserve!

RE/MAX Reserve owners, Geana and Van Kassab

RE/MAX Reserve is owned and operated by Geana and Van Kassab who proudly serve the entire metro Detroit area including all three major counties Macomb, Wayne and Oakland.

What is RE/MAX Reserve?

Offering real estate services and solutions for both residential and commercial needs, the Kassabs work with preferred vendors for mortgage, title and insurance to make buying and selling a home a smooth transition. RE/MAX Reserve also handles financing for construction loans and bridge loans.

Specializing in working with builders and buyers to ensure they are in great hands, Van Kassab makes it his business to walk buyers through the process from start to finish, which is typically 5-7 months.

Current promotions

RE/MAX Reserve is now offering up $1500 in credit to closing costs, depending on the sale price of the home, when buying or selling a home with us or our partners. They are also offering a 14-day listing program where they will continue to list the house with commission if they can’t present a reasonable offer within 14 days of listing the home. The house will remain listed at the expense of RE/MAX Reserve and they will handle all the legal paperwork and represent the seller at no cost. Some restrictions do apply, so visit RE/MAX Reserve for more details.

RE/MAX Reserve moved into the GMRENCEN in April and had a grand opening on June 5 with snacks and prizes to celebrate this new business.

If you’re in the market to buy or sell a home, talk to one of RE/MAX Reserve’s talented agents Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. You can also visit them online and keep up with all of their current promotions by visiting them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
