It’s the start of a New Year, which means it’s time to set your New Year’s resolution. For most of you (according to Nielson) it will involve losing weight, getting fit or eating healthier. Well, it just so happens that our New Year’s resolution is to help you achieve that goal.
Here are few tips, tricks and tasty treats you can find in the GMRENCEN to help you get the most out of 2016.
Start your day with a Green Energy Smoothie
Packed with power foods like kale, spinach, chia, flax, spurlina and more, this Green Energy Smoothie will have you energized, full and ready to take on the day. Find it at Bozii on Level A in the food court Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Walk the GMRENCEN Circulation Ring
Eight laps around is one mile. May we suggest a lunchtime stroll?
Located on Level 1.
Go Green for Lunch
Between Chop Fresh and Presto you don’t have to go far in the GMRENCEN to find a good salad.
Try them all to see which one’s got your vote.

Take the Stairs
Sure, most of the staircases in the GMRENCEN are escalators (24 to be exact) but there are traditional stairs within each tower and parking structure. On average, we burn about 0.17 calories for every step we climb. Think about that next time you hit the elevator button for a meeting two floors up.
