  1. My favorite local band is the Teen Angels. They’ve been around for several years and are outstanding. In addition to playing music, they put on a funny show. They have one performer who can hit such high notes (think Frankie Valli), and they perform a lot of 50’s music and Motown. I’ve heard them do Funeral for a Friend by Elton John, and their Motown CLOUD NINE is great. They have a lot of audience participation in their show. They used to play primarily on the east side, and I now live on the west side. Back a few years ago, they were at Genetti’s Hole in the Wall in Northville, and I was able to go see them. I wish I could see them much more often. They are outstanding.

  2. Alexandria N’Transit Band is the best band hands down in the Detroit area! Playing all your favorite hits from the 70’s to today. Both Male and Female vocals! AWESOME ROCKIN BAND!
